I'm tempted but are electronic cigarettes legal to use?

Yes, the Law surrounding the smoking ban refers to tobacco based products. Since electronic cigarettes do not have any tobacco in them, the user is free to "smoke" legally in places that currently ban smokers eg the bar/pub,work etc.

Ok, so they are legal, but are electronic cigarettes safe to use?

As with any new product there have been questions raised about electronic cigarettes and alot of time and money has been spent on R&D.

The active ingredients in an electronic cigarette are primarily nicotine and glycol, a substance found in numerous everyday products, this vapouries with the nicotine (to produce the smoke) so it can be inhaled by the user, there is no risk to the user or to persons are them.

As a responsible retailer we refuse to sell electronic cigarettes to anyone under the age of 18 (or applicable to your country). We ask that you do not purchase an electronic cigarette for someone under that age and never encourage a minor to smoke.

• if swallowed seek medical advice immediately
• some people have an adverse/over sensitive to nicotine - please stop smoking and seek medical advice immediately
• in case of contact with eyes please rinse immediately with plenty of cold water and seek medical advice
• do not smoke whilst pregnant
• do not smoke if you have an ongoing medical condition
• all our products carry a warning label - please adhere to it
• if necessary please take a copy of the warning leaflet to the doctor
• if you have lost your warning leaflet please print off this screen

Nicotine is a poison please ensure that empty cartridges are disposed of safely. Please ensure your electronic cigarette is kept locked away from children.
All our products carry warning labels and enviromental safety labels - please ensure they are adhered to - they are there for a reason.
