PLEASE NOTE: WHEN USING YOUR E-CIG FOR THE FIRST TIME.

• When your kit arrives the batteries will have a small amount of charge in them but are not fully charged. We suggest you fully charge one of the 2 batteries immediately - charging can take up to 2 hours depending on its current power level.
• Please also note - if you are using a super mini kit - do not over tighten the atomizer into the battery - this will restrict air flow to the atomizer and reduce the amount of vapour it produces.
• Gently inhale on your e-cigarette - this will allow the atomizer to steadily increase the amount of vapour it produces - do this 2 to 3 times and then continue to smoke as you would normally do - this procedure "warms up" the atomizer ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• All the starter kits come with a BLANK cartridge fitted i.e. contains NO NICOTINE! - please remove the BLANK cartridge from your e-cig and attach a fresh one from the 5 complimentary cartridges in your kit, all the cartridges are marked in strength value from High strength to Zero.
• Remember to clean and look after your e-cig. The atomizer can become clogged with dirt etc - the best way to clean the atomizer is to use a can of compressed air (found under our accessories section), use the can to blow through the small hole that is in the atomizer - this will clear any debris that may be in it and ensure your e-cig remains problem free.
• Now you can free yourself from all the poisons found in a regular cigarette.

Q. What is E-liquid?

A. E-liquid is the main ingredient in a cartridge/refill, sometimes called liquid nicotine - ejuice - vaporjuice.

Q. What does it do?

A. E-liquid allows you refill your own cartridges, it's a much cheaper option than continually buying cartridges, in an era of recycling - reusing your empty cartridges makes sense.

Q. Does it come in many flavours?

A. Yes - a lot in fact - many more than flavoured cartridges. For example you would be hard pushed to find Ginseng flavoured cartridges but we stock it in e-liquid, more of our flavours can be found here, e-liquid.

If you want us to add another flavour to our range please let us know - the greater the range the better.

Q. How do I get the E-liquid into a cartridge?

First of all remove the empty cartridge from your e-cig.
Add 2-3 drops of the e-liquid into the cartridge - we sell our e-liquid in No-Mess bottles.
Replace cartridge back onto your e-cig and continue smoking. It really is a simple as that.

Q. Will the E-liquid not get all over my hands?

A. No, the bottle is designed to be poured by the drop, refilling your cartridge is mess-free.

Q. How much will using E-liquid save me?

A. 1 bottle of 30ml e-liquid can refill about 200 cartridges, the cost of the e-liquid is £17.49, the cost of 200 cartridges is over £70 so using e-liquid will save you over £50 - a great saving.

Q. Can I keep using the refill indefinitely?.

A. No - the cartridge will become less efficient the more times you refill it. We recommend only refilling a cartridge upto 8 to 10 times, then discard it and use another one. We would be happy to send you a couple of complimentary cartridges as and when you ask.

Q. What is the difference between an e-cig, electric cigarette or an electronic cigarette?

A. Nothing, the industry uses many different terms to describe the same thing.

Q. How does and electronic cigarette work?

A. Made up of 2 parts (a battery & atomiser) the user inhales on it, the end of the e-cig glows red/orange - the same colour as a traditional cig, the atomiser vapourises the liquid nicotine in the mouth piece to produce a vapour that the user inhales. Just like a traditional cigarette.

Q. What's in a cartridge?

A. Nothing more than liquid nicotine and glycol. Glycol is used as a suspension liquid, the atomizer vapourises a small amount of the liquid nicotine, the user inhales this. No harmful chemicals - unlike a traditional cigarette. And that also means there is no passive smoking issues for the people sat around you.

Q. Is any smell given off by the electronic cigarette?

A. No, the user gets all the flavour and taste of a cigarette but there is no smell - no smell means fresh smelling clothes -no smokers breath.

Q. How long does a cartridge (sometimes called a refill) last for?

A. Typically between 10-12 cigarettes - depending on how heavily you inhale.

Q. I want to cut down, can I buy weaker cartridges?

A. Yes, we offer varying strengths of refills, our starter kits have 5 complimentary refills - 2 High strength - 2 Medium strength & 1 Low strength.

Q. How long does the battery last for?

A. When fully charged you should be able to smoke approximately 100-150 electronic cigarette refills.Please note - we highly recommend you put your e-cig battery on charge as soon as you receive it. Charging normally takes 2 hours and the charging unit will let you know when it's fully charged.

Q. What happens if I decide I want to return my electronic cigarette?

A. Just return the kit to us and you will get a 100% refund - no question, please email us first - we will give you the Returns Address.

Q. Will I save any money smoking electronic cigarettes?

A. Yes!!! A Lot, on average an electronic cigarette cartridge costs about 40p and lasts for about 10-12 cigarettes so if you smoke an average of a pack of 20 a day at £5 per pack the equivalent cost of using your electronic cigarette will be about 60p-80p.

Q. Can I smoke them anywhere?

A. Yes, the Legislation surrounding the smoking ban introduced in 2006 banned the use of tobacco based cigarettes so you don't have to worry about using your electronic cigarette anywhere you like.

Q. What about passive smoking?

A. Unlike traditional cigarettes there is no passive smoking involved with electronic cigarettes, the vapour produced is harmless.

Q. How is the electronic cigarette powered?

A. With a rechargeable lithium battery - the battery will last for approximately 80-100 cartridges and as with all our kits you get a spare battery to ensure you never need worry about running out of power.

Q. My atomizer isn't producing as much smoke as it used to?

A. All our starter kits come with a set of instructions in care & maintenance of your kit, please make sure the atomizer is free from dirt and dust, carefully remove the atomizer from the battery and check that its clean, make sure the battery is fully charged. On occassion parts do fail, we will happily replace the atomizer within the first 30 days from purchase - like cartridges, atomizers are considered consumables. Spare atomizers/batteries etc can be purchased. If you feel your atomizer is faulty and its less than 30 days since you purchased it please either email or ring us and we will despatch a replacement immediately.

Q. Do you have a returns policy?

A. Absolutely - we don't want anyone to feel that they may be wasting their money and as such we will refund your money if you decide to return your purchase to us within 30 days - can't say fairer than that.

TROUBLE SHOOTING YOUR E-CIG

My electronic cigarette has stopped working:

First of check that the cartridge hasn't gone dry - this is a common problem especially if you haven't used your e-cig for a while.
Check that the battery is fully charged
If there is still no smoke maybe the atomizer needs replacing - if you have recently purchased your e-cig (within the last 30 days) then DO NOT purchase another one - email us and we will happily post one out to you.
Please take care of your e-cig, a protective case can be bought.
For optimum performance we suggest using 2 separate atomizers, rotating from one to the other every day - this will ensure your e-cig stays in first class condition and maintains performance.

E-LIQUID

A relatively new product, e-liquid has become popular due to the savings offered and the fact that it comes in a small bottle - easy to keep in your pocket or purse.

E-liquid is liquid nicotine, the basic ingredient in a cartridge. It's very easy to use, the bottle allows the e-liquid to poured by the drop, you won't get any on your skin and it is very easy to refill your cartridges from the bottle. The bottle of e-liquid works out at approximately 150 cartridges - saving you even more moeny by switching to e-cigs.

User Instructions: just add 3-4 drops of e-liquid to an empty cartridge - replace cartridge back on the electronic cigarette - thats it! Simple.

E-liquid comes in varying strengths and flavours just like the cartridges. Simply decide which strength and flavour you would like to try.

ACCESSORIES

We offer a rang of stylish carry cases (steel) that allows you to carry your e-cig around, small and descreet (about the same size as a pack of 20 but half the thickness), these prevent dirt/dust from getting on the e-cig.

We also offer incar chargers, if you are on the road alot then why not charge your e-cig as you drive.
