Easycigarette Terms & Conditions.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

Delivery
We deliver internationally, all prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges. We charge a single fee for shipping, £2.99 nationally and £4.99 internationally.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We understand that some people may change their mind and feel that electronic cigarettes are not for them or that they have ordered the wrong item, so no matter what your reasons are, so long as it is exchanged/returned within 30 days from purchase, we offer the following options:

• You can choose to exchange your order for a product of the same value.
• You can return your complete order to us for a full refund, please make sure you return your order by Registered Post to guarantee we receive it, upon receipt we will promptly return your payment.

Please ensure you inspect your order within 7 days from receipt, on rare occassions an order may have been despatched incorrectly and we will at our cost make good any deficiencies.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for the return costs and has a Duty of Care to ensure the items are returned in good condition.

Availability

All our products are subject to availability of stock. On occassion we may offer to substitue a product for a product of greater or equal price. In the event we offer to substitue for a product of lesser value than ordered we will refund the difference.

In the event that your order is subject to change we will endeavour to contact you and discuss your options -

• wait until our stock arrives - you will be informed of the time involved.
• opt to change your order for another product of equal or lesser value, a refund will be made if you opt for a lesser valued product.
• Upgrade your product and make good the difference in cost
• cancel your order in favour of a full and prompt refund
